I received my book in 2 days (nice surprise), and was prepared to be disappointed. I have tried other similar books, and never really bothered to go through them. They were cheap and not what I was looking for. I was hesitant to try this one, but I'm so glad I did! The paper is exquisite, and I love the binding! There was plenty of places to put your information whether you own multiple places, or you've downsized. It is such a beautiful book to have & complete as well the thoughts and preparations (with humor) that were put into it for myself, and for the future for my family. I got a book for both my husband and myself, we bought a hard and soft cover. Both turned out to great, I really don't have a preference. One of the things I like the most (besides the soft soft cover) is that as you read, the author has the ability to write as though you are having a conversation with a friend. My wife brought home these books which I thought we didn't need because we already met with the attorney and got all our legal stuff put together. I was impressed with the book because it puts all those things together in one location. Names and location of all my legal papers, financial information, as well as all my medical and several other categories, each in different colored sections.
